Registration Deadline Of Meta University Extended

The Meta University- Delhi University and Jamia Milia Islamia University have decided to extend the last date for submission of application forms for the first meta-university course. The admissions are provided for the Masters degree specified for Mathematics Education.

The last date for submitting forms for the Masters of Mathematics Education was previously 14th November, which is now extended to 20th of November. And the Exam date shall have no changes and fixed to be held on 2nd of December, 2012.

As per the sources, Delhi University Registrar had issued a notice which clearly stated that, the change has been made in response to the genuine concern of the applicants that the large number of holidays in between is cutting down the time for submission of application forms.

Also the registrar had mentioned that "Some applicants to the course expressed the concern that due to the festive season there are many holidays and restricted holidays between 6th and 14th November, 2012. Thus, they are finding it difficult to come in person to deposit the form during this period."

Further, it may happen that applicants by main may not reach CIC (Cluster Innovation Centre) in time, he explained. All candidates who are yet to send their application forms are kindly requested to do it as soon as possible before 20th of November.
