Final hours for RRB JE 2026: the application window closes today, September 13, at 11:59 pm. Railways is recruiting 3,993 Junior Engineers and Depot Material Superintendents across RRBs. Candidates can still complete fee payment until September 15. Apply only through the official portal, rrbapply.gov.in.
Applications opened on August 14 and will not accept entries after tonight’s cut-off. Expect heavy traffic near deadline; avoid repeated refreshes during payment. Keep login credentials ready to re-authenticate quickly. If you miss today’s submission, fee payment alone will not count as application.

Engineering diploma or BE or BTech in notified disciplines is required; final-year students are not eligible. Age must be 18–33 years as on January 1, 2027, with category relaxations. Choose only one RRB and give zone or post preferences there. Multiple applications can trigger rejection.
Visit rrbapply.gov.in. Create or log in to your account. Select your RRB, fill details, upload photograph and signature, preview, and submit. Pay the fee online and wait for on-screen, email, and SMS confirmation. Then download and save the final application PDF and fee receipt for records.
Keep Class 10 certificate for date of birth, identity proof, and engineering marksheets handy. Upload a recent colour photograph and signature in JPG or JPEG within 30–49 KB, as prescribed. OBC‑NCL and Economically Weaker Section certificates must be valid on the closing date of application.
Fee is Rs 500 for General and EWS; Rs 250 for SC, ST, PwBD, and women. Refunds apply after appearing in CBT‑1, as notified. Payment closes September 15, 11:59 pm. Successful payment triggers email or SMS; print your application afterward. If debited but status shows pending, wait 24 hours, note the UTR, and avoid duplicate payments.
Avoid duplicate applications, wrong RRB selection, and mismatched names across documents. Follow photo and signature dimensions; oversized or blurred files often trigger rejections. PwBD candidates may opt for a scribe and must register scribe details within the announced window. Use only official RRB websites; ignore social media links or look‑alike portals.
