All India Institutes Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)
AIIMS, which is a group of autonomous public medical colleges, offers higher education in medicine. Candidates who crack this entrance exam will get an admission to the MBBS course offered in the AIIMS colleges spread across the country.

The minimum qualification for AIIMS is at least a 60 percent aggregate in subjects such as biology, physics and chemistry at the 10+2 level. Candidates will get an admission to AIIMS, New Delhi, or in one of the eight other AIIMS (Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur and Nagpur).

After NEET and AIIMS, JIPMER stands proudly in the third position as one of the leading medical entrance examinations in the country which is recognised by the government. The HRD ministry has introduced the National Testing Agency (NTA) and transferred the authority to conduct NEET, which was earlier held by CBSE. It has also decided to withdraw its decision to conduct the exam twice a year. NEET 2019 will be conducted as an offline exam.
