Most of these operate either on the client's time zone or on a 24X7 basis.

2. Remote Customer Service Representative

These are the people who form the first point of contact for the customer with the company. They are the ones who approach the customer for feedbacks and ensure that the same is routed to appropriate places, and thereby ensure that the company functions to the best of its abilities.
