The Times Higher Education has released THE Young University Rankings 2021. It has used the same 13 performance indicators of the World University Rankings to list Times Young University Rankings 2021. This year, Times has featured a total of 475 universities from 68 territories across the globe.
Nanyang Technological University from Singapore has become the world's best young university for the first time. It is followed by Paris Sciences et Lettres - PSL Research University Paris and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology at second and their ranks, respectively.
The United Kingdom continues to dominate the rankings once again as the most-represented country, with 37 institutions. It is followed by India with 34 Universities. IIT Ropar secured 63rd rank globally and listed as the best young university in the country. It is followed by IIT Indore and Mahatma Gandhi University at 76 and 142 ranks, respectively.
