Vidyadhan Scholarship Program 2024; Eligibility Criteria, Scholorship Amount and more

The Sarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF) is currently accepting applications for the Vidyadhan Scholarship Program 2024, which aims to support meritorious students from economically disadvantaged families in Kerala. The deadline for applications is June 30, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

• Have completed their SSLC/CBSE Std X exam in 2024.
• Scored full A+/A1 in their exams.
• Have a family annual income of less than Rs. 2 lakhs.
• For physically challenged students, the cut-off mark is Full A.

Selection Process

The selection process for the Vidyadhan Scholarship Program involves multiple steps:

• Application Shortlisting: SDF will shortlist applicants based on their academic performance and the information provided in the application form.
• Online Test/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online test or interview, scheduled between July 6 and July 20, 2024.

Scholarship Amount

Selected students will receive a two-year scholarship. The scholarship amount varies based on the state, course, and duration of study:

• For graduation courses, the scholarship ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 60,000 per year.
• For Plus One and Plus Two courses, the maximum scholarship amount is Rs. 10,000 per year.

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Scanned copy of their 10th marksheet.
• Recent photograph.
• Income certificate (ration cards are not accepted).
