The University of Sussex, renowned for its research-intensive environment and dedication to academic excellence, is thrilled to introduce the Sussex India Scholarship. This initiative aims to offer significant financial assistance to eligible Indian nationals seeking to pursue master's courses at Sussex commencing in September 2024.

The scholarship fund amounts to £4,000, with the opportunity for exceptional international Master's and Bachelor's applicants to apply for the Chancellor's International Scholarship, valued at £5,000.
Additionally, the University of Sussex is proud to introduce the esteemed John Kinghorn Scholarship in Engineering (2024), awarding £10,000 to each of four deserving recipients. In further support of Indian students, the University is introducing additional £2,000 'Tuition Fee Awards' for those enrolled in eligible master's programs within the School of Engineering and Informatics or the University of Sussex Business School. This initiative underscores our commitment to attracting and nurturing talented individuals from India, fostering their academic and professional pursuits.
Professor Robin Banerjee, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Global and Civic Engagement) at the University of Sussex, expressed enthusiasm about the scholarships, stating, "At the University of Sussex, we are delighted to offer these substantial scholarships that will support talented Indian students and promote international collaboration and diversity within our academic community." He further added, "These scholarships underscore the importance of Indian students within our global student community. The Sussex India Scholarship endeavors to assist Indian students in their quest for higher education at Sussex.
