What is NMMS Scholarship?

Registration Process

New users must go to the Home Page of the National Scholarship Portal scholarships.gov.in to sign up.
Select 'New Registration'.
A page with registration guidelines will open.
Read the guidelines carefully.

Complete all necessary information.
Select 'Register'.
You will receive a student application ID and password on your registered mobile number.

Eligibility Criteria

The NMMS Scholarship is intended for meritorious students from economically weaker sections. Therefore, students applying for this scholarship must meet specific eligibility criteria. They should be studying in a government, local body, or government-aided school. The candidate's family income should not exceed Rs 1.5 lakh per annum. The student should also have scored a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) in the previous class.
