NIT Rourkela Offers Institute Fellowships 2015 for Ph.D & M.Tech

National Institute of Technology, Rourkela invites applications for Institute Fellowships-2015 for students pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) research programs in Engineering, Science, Management and Humanities & Social Sciences for the session 2015.

Eligibility:

For students pursuing their Ph.D programs:

M.E /M.Tech /M.Pharm in relevant discipline with at least 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks in aggregate in B.Tech (and M.Sc /B.Pharm / MCA) and M.Tech levels from a recognized university.
B.E /B.Tech /B.Pharm /MCA or equivalent in relevant discipline with CGPA of 7.0 or 65% marks in aggregate.

For students pursuing their M.Tech (research) programs:

B.E /B.Tech /B.Pharm /MCA or equivalent in relevant discipline with at least 60 % marks or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate.
M.Sc in Basic Sciences with 60 % marks or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate in relevant disciplines.

Note: Fellowships will not be awarded to candidates above 32 years of age for Ph.D. (35 years for SC/ST and women candidates) and above 28 years for M.Tech (Res) (31 years for SC/ST and women candidates) on 01.01.2016.
