IIIT Hyderabad offers scholarships for Ph.D programmes
International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad has invited applications for Research Assistantships 2016 for students pursuing their Master of Science (M.S) by research and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programmes.
Scholarships are offered in various disciplines for the academic session 2016.
Scholarship Details:
M.S students:
First year: Rs 6,000/- per month (I semester)
First year: Rs 8,000/- per month (II semester)
Second year: Rs 10,000 per month (till end of the course)
Ph.D students will receive Rs 9,000/- per month until completion of the Breadth Qualifiers and Comprehensive Examination and Rs 12,000 per month afterwards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates who have completed B.Tech./B.E./B.Arch etc.,degree in any branch of Engineering, or M.Tech/M.E/MCA/M.Sc for admission into research programmes in the areas of Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Civil Engineering are eligible to apply.

- Candidate has to fill two registration forms: Pre-Registration Form and Main Registration Form to submit the applications.

Selection Procedure:
During the first semester financial assistance will be ensured to all the students, but it will be continued based on the good academic performance
