The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) Class 12 General Punjabi curriculum is designed to enhance students' proficiency in the Punjabi language, focusing on both literature and communication. This subject aims to strengthen students' ability to read, write, and speak Punjabi effectively, promoting cultural awareness and understanding of Punjabi heritage.
In Literature, students explore a variety of Punjabi poems, stories, and essays, written by renowned authors, highlighting themes of social issues, culture, and human values. The Grammar section covers important topics like sentence formation, tenses, idioms, and proverbs, which help improve language skills. Composition tasks, including essay writing, letter writing, and summaries, encourage students to express their thoughts clearly and creatively.
PSEB provides helpful resources such as sample papers, model answers, and marking schemes to support exam preparation. Consistent practice with these materials ensures that students can confidently perform in the General Punjabi exam.
