Wesleyan University: Online course on Social Psychology

Ever wonder why people do what they do? This course offers some answers based on the latest research from social psychology. Social Psychology will feature a fresh line-up of special events, guest experts, and material intended to delight psychology lovers around the world.

About the course
The focus will be on surprising, entertaining, and intriguing research findings that are easy to apply in daily life. As part of this focus, several homework assignments will encourage students to experiment with their life, observe the results, and analyze what took place. The course will also draw from the web sites of Social Psychology Network, the world's largest online community devoted to social psychology.

Course Format
The class will consist of lecture videos, most of which are 10-20 minutes long. There will also be homework assignments and a final exam covering the lectures and course readings.
