The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is offering an online and part-time certificate course in Big Data and Social Analytics. This MIT certificate in the fundamental theory and analysis of big data is to better understand and predict human networks and behaviour in social structures.

This 8-week online certificate course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) will cover the fundamental theory and analysis of big data to better understand and predict human networks and behaviour in social structures.

Students will be guided over the 8 weeks in how to use the technical tools, data sets and code scripts associated with big data analysis.
