Introduction to Bioconductor is a free online course conducted by the Harvard University.
In this course, you shall learn how to use bioconductor, which is one of the most widely used open source toolkits for biological data. Two tracks will be available:
1) Next generation sequencing and
2) microarrays
About the course
Some common uses of the software packages shall be covered within the Bioconductor project. Students shall get to decide to learn methods for next generation sequencing, microarrays or both. The course shall also cover a number of normalization, batch correction, and testing methods for high throughput data.
