IIT, Varanasi to conduct conference


Indian Institute of Technology(BHU), Varanasi has announced that it will conduct a national conference on Future Trends in Biomedical Engineering and Healthcare Technologies from 17-18 October, 2014.

This conference is a research-oriented conference which aims to focus on exchange of ideas, research results and practical experience on various fields of Biomedical engineering. Expert lectures on various topics will be given by eminent scientists from India.

The following topics are expected to be covered in the conference:

  • Bioinstrumentation
  • Biomedical signal processing
  • Bio-imaging and Image processing
  • Bio-mechanics
  • Bio-informatics
  • Bio-materials and Bio-sensors
  • Cellular and Tissue engineering
  • Machine learning and Pattern recognition
  • Bio-transport phenomenon
  • Simulation and modelling of Human physiology
  • Radiological safety in Biomedical systems
  • Neuro biophysics & Neuro-computing
  • Electro-physiological signals
  • Molecular Imaging

Submission of abstract: 1st June 2014
Acceptance Notification: 1st July 2014
Full paper submission: 5th August 2014
Format: IEEE template

Paper must be submitted through Easy Chair. Abstract must be mailed to ftbh2014@itbhu.ac.in
