The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) in collaboration with Simplilearn which is an online learning platform has recently launched a new online certificate program in Blockchain Technology. IIT Kanpur and Simplilearn are accepting the applications for the new online course that offers a comprehensive learning experience covering advanced Blockchain Technologies.
The course covers the most in-demand skills in blockchain technology through over 70 hours of applied learning and over 50 hours of self-paced learning modules. The Software Developers, IT Professionals, Engineers, Analysts, Technical Leads can opt for this course. The Online Certificate Program is for four months and the participants will get a certificate from IIT Kanpur upon successful completion of the course.

There is a need to grow blockchain education in India as well as train the upcoming professionals of blockchain developers. Topics That Will Be Covered in Online Certificate Program in Blockchain Technology
The Blockchain certification course will cover the concepts of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger, Ripple, and Multichain blockchain platforms. The learners should look forward to having skills such as:

- Distributed Ledger
- Hyperledger
- Ethereum Blockchain
- Work Flows
- Networks
The interested participants can submit their applications online through the Official Website. The candidates should have completed Bachelor's Degree with at least 50 percent marks and a basic understanding of Maths. The course will cost around Rs. 1,50,000. The online certificate course in Blockchain Technology will begin on 20 April 2021.
