This conference is organised by FIRE@X, which is a committee of students at XLRI that deals with the matter related to industrial relations. This event will be attended by some of the biggest names from the industry, academics and advocacy. The professionals and other dignitaries will share a common platform and will share their opinions and views on the issues that hampered the industrial relations in the country.
The dean of the institute, Pranabesh Ray says "It is heartening to see the youth pick up these issues and being questioning the current thought leaders to spread awareness about the topic of the changing workplace today. It is a highly commendable effort by our students to bring together some of the most experienced people in the field of IR together."
FIRE@X team of XLRI is one of the few committees across B-Schools of the country that focuses entirely on promotion of industrial relations. The committee plays an active role in organising events which act as a source of promotion for Industrial relations.
