Who Can Apply?

If you're an Indian student or law graduate, here's what you need to qualify:

  • You must have completed at least the second year of a three-year LLB course or the third year of a five-year integrated LLB course from a recognized institution.
  • Law graduates from recognized institutions are also eligible to apply.
  • Preference will be given to candidates proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and other advanced computer skills.

Application Process

To be part of this prestigious programme, candidates need to:

  • Complete the Online Application Form - Available on the official portal.
  • Submit Required Documents - Include your academic certificates and identification proofs.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) - Not required for graduates; final-year certificates can be submitted instead.
  • Application Deadline - Submit your application by 11th March 2025, 5:00 PM.

Internship Structure

DOLA will accommodate up to 50 interns every month, placing them in key legal offices, including:

  • Main Secretariat, New Delhi
  • Central Agency Section, Supreme Court
  • Litigation High Court Section, Delhi
  • Branch Secretariats in Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru
