West Bengal Madhyamik Result is OUT: Devdutta Majhi is the Topper

Today, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) announced the West Bengal Madhyamik result in 2023. This year, a total of 5,65,428 students passed the tests. The results were released 76 days following the exam. Students can download their WBBSE 10th result mark sheet online at: wbbse.wb.gov.in, wbresults.nic.in. The WBBSE President, Ramanuj Ganguly, will hold a press conference to announce the WBBSE Madhyamik class 10 results.

This year's topper is Devdutta Majhi, who received 99.57 percent of the vote, followed by Subham Pal, who received 98.71 percent and Rifat Hassan Sarkar from Malda got 98.71%. This year's overall pass percentage is 86.15 percent. The pass percentage has decreased somewhat, with an overall pass percentage of 86.60% reported in 2022.

The exams were held in several venues throughout West Bengal. Each subject had a three-hour exam with 15 minutes for pupils to go over the question paper. Students must score at least 34%, or 272 points, to pass the West Bengal class 10 board exam, which carries a total of 800 points.
