WBBSE Madhyamik Class 10th Result 2024: On Thursday, May 2, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, or WBBSE, released the results for the students who took the Class 10th exams in 2024.

Following the press conference where the West Bengal Madhyamik results for 2024 are revealed, students can view their results online at wbchse.nic.in, the official website of the West Bengal Board at 9:45 am.
A total of 1,18,411 students have been placed in the first division, which is 12.98% of the total students. Cooch Behar student Chandrachur Sen has topped the West Bengal Class 10 final exam with 693 or 99 per cent marks. The overall pass percentage has risen by 0.16% as compared to previous year. Last year the registered pass percentage was 86.15% while this year it stood at 86.31%.

According to information released by the West Bengal board, 910598 students took the Class 10 final exam. 9.10 lakh people appeared, 4.03 lakh male candidates, 5.08 lakh female candidates, and 7.65 lakh candidates passed. This year, the overall pass rate for Class 10 is 86.31%. In addition to total grades and marks on mark sheets, the board will continue to grade individual subjects. QR codes will also be included on mark sheets and certificates.

As many as 57 students have topped the West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2024. In accordance with the merit list, one student was ranked first, another ranked second, three students ranked third, and one student each ranked fourth and fifth. Up to 18 students achieved rank 10.
