WBPSC Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For West Bengal Civil Service (Executive) Posts Starting Today

The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling numerous Group A (West Bengal Civil Service Executive/West Bengal Revenue Service/West Bengal Co-operative Service/West Bengal Labour Service/West Bengal Food and Supplies Service/West Bengal Employment Service), Group B (West Bengal Police Service), Group C (Land Revenue Service/Social Welfare Service/BDO/Assistant Commercial Tax Officer/Joint Registrar, etc.) and Group D vacancies through direct recruitment to be posted in various departments in the Government of West Bengal. The application process towards the same starts from November 5, 2019 and closes on November 25, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for various posts through WBPSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 21 years of age and not be more than 36 years as on January 1, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Govt. of West Bengal and WBPSC guidelines.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 210 (Gen/OBC) plus service charge as application processing fee either through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode or through offline mode as specified. SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for various posts through WBPSC Recruitment 2019 must possess a Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) from a recognised University/Institution, and must be able to read, write and speak in Bengali language.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for various posts through WBPSC Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Written Examination (Preliminary and Main Examination) and Personality Test.

Candidates selected for various posts through WBPSC Recruitment 2019 will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 42,000 per month.
