The West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL) has invited applications for 114 contractual positions across its coal mines and power plants in West Bengal and Jharkhand. Released under notification WBPDCL/Recruitment/2025/02, the engagement will initially be for one year, extendable based on requirements and performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Associates: Graduate in Science or Diploma in Engineering.

Supervisors: Graduate, Higher Secondary, or ITI based on experience.

Consultants (IR/Welfare/HR): Graduate with MBA (HR) or relevant PG diploma.

Magazine In-Charge/Assistant: Graduate with computer literacy.

Executives (Security): Retired Police Officers (Dy. SP rank or above).

Medical Officers: MBBS with valid registration.

Applicants must have relevant experience ranging from 1 to 20+ years. The maximum age limit is 63 years as of 1st April 2025, with preference for superannuated professionals.
