WBJEE 2024: Registration for Counselling Extended to July 21, Check Out the Details Here

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has extended the registration deadline for the WBJEE 2024 exam. Students now have until July 21, 2024, to complete their registration on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee.
To register, candidates must provide their application or roll numbers along with their academic details.

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is required, and both the payment and choice-filling processes must be completed by July 21. The results for the first round of seat allotment will be announced on July 23.

WBJEE 2024 Counselling Process:

The WBJEE 2024 counselling process will consist of three rounds: allotment, upgradation, and mop-up. Candidates who have qualified for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 are also eligible to register for this counselling process.
Registered candidates will be allocated colleges and courses based on their preferences, WBJEE ranks, and seat availability. Please note that registration is only allowed for the first and mop-up rounds.

Important Dates for Allotment:

July 23 - July 29, 2024: Candidates who receive an allotment in the first round and do not wish to upgrade or those who are allocated their first choice must pay the seat acceptance fee and complete document verification and admission at the allotted institutions.

July 31, 2024: Results for the second round of seat allotment will be announced.

July 31 - August 3, 2024: Freshly allotted candidates from the second round must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their respective institutes for document verification and admission.

August 5 - August 7, 2024: Registration, payment of registration fees, and choice filling for the mop-up round will be open. Candidates can modify and lock their choices until August 7.

August 9- August 12, 2024: The mop-up round seat allotment results will be declared. Freshly allotted candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the allotted institutes for document verification and admission from August 9 to August 12.
