Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Master's Degree in the appropriate discipline or equivalent from recognized University or Institute the relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field (if any).
Pay Scale: Candidate will get the Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 15,600/- plus Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- and the total will be Rs. 21,000/- Per Month.

The University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad was established on October 1, 1986. The University has 5 Colleges, 30 Research Stations, 6 Extension Education Units, 5 Krishi Vigyan Kendras and ATIC.
The University has its jurisdiction over 7 districts namely Bagalkot, Belgaum, Bijapur, Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri, and Uttar Kannada in northern Karnataka.
