Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, has postponed its 13th Annual Convocation, which was scheduled to be held on 03rd May 2014.
VTU has issued a notification about the 13th annual convocation says that VTU decided to postpone the convocation due to unavoidable circumstances.
The revised schedule will be communicated shortly.
The 13th Annual Convocation would be held in the auditorium of VTU, "Jnana Sangama", Belgaum.
The awardees of degree are cordially invited to attend the convocation.
Degrees will be awarded by his excellency, the Government of Karnataka, only for Gold medals and first rank holders, Ph.D and M.Sc in Engineering by Research awardees, at the time of convocation.
Other students who wish to collect degree certificates personally, can collect them from the office of the Registrar (Evaluation) after the convocation ceremony.
For other students, the degree certificate will be sent by registered post after the convocation.
