The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), popularly known as VIZAG Steel, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for recruiting 559 Junior Trainees in multiple trades comprising Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Civil and Refractory trades, and for Operator-cum-Mechanic (OCM) Trainee posts through direct selection. The online application process towards the starts from August 01, 2019 and closes on August 21, 2019 with August 22, 2019 as the last date for paying the application fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Desirous candidates applying for Junior and OCM Trainee posts through VIZAG Steel Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on August 01, 2019 and not be more than 27 years (Gen), 30 years (OBC-NCL) and 32 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 300 plus 18% GST (Gen/OBC/EWS) as application processing fee through online (debit/credit/net-banking) mode only. However, SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Junior and OCM Trainee posts through VIZAG Steel Recruitment 2019 must have passed Matriculation/SSC/Class 10 or equivalent with full-time ITI/Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade/discipline (with 60% marks) from a recognized Institute/University as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates applying for OCM Trainee posts must possess a valid HMV licence.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Junior and OCM Trainee posts through VIZAG Steel Recruitment 2019 will be done through an Online Computer-Based Test, Certificate Verification and Medical Examination.

Candidates selected for Junior and OCM Trainee posts will be paid a monthly stipend in the range of Rs. 10,700 to Rs.12,200 per month.
