Uttar Pradesh Board Exams 2021 Evaluation Criteria

The Uttar Pradesh board has not yet announced the marking scheme or evaluation criteria for the cancelled exams. The sources suggest that the UPMSP is likely to adopt the similar assessment criteria done by the central boards - CBSE and CISCE. The UP Board Class 10 students will be promoted based on the average marks obtained in Class 9 final exams and Class 10th pre-board exam. The results of Class 12th will be prepared using the average marks of the Class 11 final exam and 12th pre-board exam. However, the UPMSP is likely to release an official notification regarding the evaluation criteria and assessment scheme today.

The official sources close to UPMSP suggest that the board is likely to release the UP Board 10th result 2021 and UP Board Intermediate result 2021 in a very time-bound manner. This will benefit students to plan for their further studies.

Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to cancel the Class 10th and 12th board exams after reviewing the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Union government has also decided to cancel CBSE and CISCE board exams considering the health of students.
