Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the education sector, Mr. Utkarsh Gupta was no stranger to accomplishment. Mr. Utkarsh Gupta's journey did not begin with the title of CEO or the privilege of a corner office. It started at the grassroots-answering phone calls at the reception, assisting with admission inquiries, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the administrative staff. By forming alliances with international organisations such as BBFS by Bhaichung Bhutia, Da One Sports by Shikhar Dhawan, NBA Basketball Academy, and PADUKONE Sports Management led by Prakash Padukone, he initiated internationally standard sports coaching for children.
He also understood well in advance that the future of learning has to encompass mental well-being. Way back it found its way into mass discourse, Utkarsh was weaving together meditation, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence in research at Ramagya. Initiatives like Know Your Brain empowered students with weapons to know themselves and crack problems in life-leading not only to brighter students but wiser and more powerful human beings.
