The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has released the UTET 2026 provisional answer key for candidates who appeared in the Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test. The answer keys for UTET Paper I and Paper II are now available on the official UBSE website, ubse.uk.gov.in. Separate provisional answer keys have been provided for all four question-paper sets.

The UTET 2026 examination was conducted on September 29, 2026 for candidates seeking teacher eligibility for Classes 1 to 8. Candidates can use the provisional answer key to compare their recorded responses with the official answers and estimate their performance before the final result is announced.
The provisional key has been released separately for UTET I and UTET II. Candidates need to identify the question-paper set applicable to them before checking the answers. The official UBSE website currently lists both provisional answer-key documents under the UTET section.
Candidates who find an error in a question or answer can submit an objection during the notified challenge period. The provisional answer key stage gives applicants an opportunity to point out discrepancies before UBSE finalises the answer key.
Candidates can raise objections against the provisional answer key until October 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm. According to the official notification, objections must be submitted online through ukutet.com using the candidate's registration ID and password. Applicants must also upload supporting evidence along with their representation.
UBSE has specified that objections submitted after the deadline or through any other mode will not be accepted. Candidates should therefore ensure that their challenges are submitted correctly within the prescribed time.
Candidates can access the answer key by following these steps:
1. Visit ubse.uk.gov.in.
2. Open the UTET section under the latest notifications or documents.
3. Select the provisional answer key for UTET I or UTET II.
4. Log in with the required registration number and password, wherever prompted.
5. Open the relevant question-paper set.
6. Download the answer key and compare it with your responses.
The official UBSE document page provides separate links for UTET I 2026 and UTET II 2026 provisional answer keys.
Candidates who believe that an answer or question contains an error can submit a representation through the official ukutet.com portal. After logging in with the registration credentials, applicants need to select the relevant question, provide the objection and upload appropriate supporting evidence.
Before submitting the challenge, candidates should check the question number, paper and set carefully. They should also retain a copy or acknowledgement of the submitted objection for future reference.
The UTET 2026 provisional answer key is now available, and candidates have until October 15 at 11:59 pm to submit challenges. Applicants should use only the official UBSE and UTET portals for downloading the key and filing objections.
