For the UPUMS recruitment in 2024, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:

Possession of B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an institution or university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council. OR
Holding a B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an institution or university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council. Additionally, candidates must be registered as Nurse & Midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council.

Age Criteria

Applicants must be at least 18 years old but not exceed 40 years old as of January 1, 2024. The Government of Uttar Pradesh may provide age relaxation for specific categories as per regulations.
