UPSSSC Excise Constable Result 2026 Released; 32,891 Candidates Shortlisted for Mains Examination
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has declared the UPSSSC Excise Constable Eligibility Result 2026 on July 28, 2026. Candidates who appeared in the recruitment process can now check their eligibility status on the official UPSSSC website.
According to the commission, 32,891 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for the Excise Constable Mains Examination.
The shortlist has been prepared based on candidates' normalized scores in the UPSSSC PET 2025 examination, which served as the qualifying criterion for the next stage of recruitment. Candidates who meet or exceed the prescribed category-wise cut-off marks have been declared eligible for the Mains exam.
UPSSSC Excise Constable Result 2026 Declared

- EWS: 69.13 Marks
- SC: 66.80 Marks
- ST: 52.86 Marks
The cut-off marks were determined after evaluating normalized PET scores and applying the reservation policy prescribed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Selection Process
The recruitment process for UPSSSC Excise Constable 2026 consists of multiple stages, including:
- Shortlisting through UPSSSC PET 2025 Score
- Excise Constable Mains Written Examination
- Physical Standard Test (PST), if applicable
