UPSC CDS Exam II 2017 Results have been published by the Union Pubic Service Commission. The result is for the written examination conducted for Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination (II), 2017.

Exam date
The exam was conducted in November 2017 and on the basis of performance of candidates are selected.
Number of candidates selected
8692 candidates have been selected for interview by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence.

Instructions for selected candidates
All the candidates who have successfully qualified in the written exam will have to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website (joinindianarmy.nic.in) within two weeks of the announcement of written result.

Interview after registration
The candidates who complete registration on the official website would then be allotted Selection Centres and dates, for SSB interview which will be communicated on the registered e-mail ID.
"The candidature of all the candidates, whose Roll Numbers are shown in the lists below, is provisional. In accordance with the conditions of the admission to the examination, they are required to submit the original certificates in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, NCC (C) (Army Wing/Senior Division Air Wing/Naval Wing) etc claimed by them along with attested copies thereof, to Army Headquarters, A.G.'s Branch/Rtg./CDSE," reads the official notification.
