The final results of the National Defence Academy (NDA) and the Naval Academy (NA) (I) has been announced by Union Public Service Commission today. Candidates can check it on the official website.
The Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of the NDA's 137th Course and for the 99th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) positions had vacancy and the exam was held to recruit the eligible candidates for those posts. From 2 January 2017, the courses will begin for the selected candidates.

For this exam that was conducted on 17 April 2016, around 447 candidates have been shortlisted on the basis of the results of the written examination. The results can also be checked on the websites of Ministry of Defence - joinindianarmy.nic.in, nausena-bharti.nic.in and careerairforce.nic.in.
The Civil Services, also known as the UPSC exam is considered one of the toughest and prestigious competitive exams in India with success rate of just 0.1%. The examination is conducted to recruit officers for three types of services namely, All India Services, Central Services and State Services.
