The examinations are scheduled to be conducted across India on September 13. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has also issued a specific notice for candidates appearing at the Delhi centre.

Delhi Metro to Start Services at 6 AM on September 13

The early start has been announced to help students and other passengers reach their destinations amid traffic restrictions related to the BRICS Summit. The move is particularly significant for NDA and CDS candidates who have to report at their examination centres well before the commencement of their respective papers.

Candidates travelling by Delhi Metro should check the route to their examination venue in advance and allow sufficient time for security checks, interchange and the journey from the nearest metro station to the centre.

UPSC has stipulated that entry to the examination venue will close 30 minutes before the commencement of each session. Candidates arriving after the entry deadline will not be permitted to enter.
