The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the EPFO 2025 recruitment notification for 230 vacancies in the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

UPSC EPFO Vacancy Details 2025

Vacancies are distributed across various categories including UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD as per the Government of India reservation norms.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Desirable for APFC: Diploma in Company Law/Labour Laws/Public Administration is preferred.

Nationality: Indian citizens or eligible nationals as per UPSC guidelines.

Age Limit (As on 18 August 2025)

• EO/AO: Not exceeding 30 years
• APFC: Not exceeding 35 years

Upper age relaxations apply:

• OBC: 3 years
• SC/ST: 5 years

Job Profile & Salary Structure

• EO/AO: Level 8 Pay Matrix (₹47,600 - ₹1,51,100)
• APFC: Level 10 Pay Matrix (₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500)

Selection Process

The UPSC EPFO recruitment will consist of:

Written Examination - Objective-type questions based on General Awareness, Indian Polity, Economy, Labour Laws, General Mental Ability, and Current Events.

Final selection will be based on the combined scores of the exam and interview.
