For Other Services:

  • A citizen of India, or
  • A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
  • A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with permanent settlement intent, or
  • A person of Indian origin (PIO) who migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam.

Note: Candidates in the above categories (except Indian citizens) must possess an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.
