UPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 Dates Released: Check Now!

The exam date for the UPSC Civil Services exam 2018 has been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). According to the UPSC annual exam calendar, the UPSC Preliminary exam 2017 will take place on 3 June 2018.

Dates to remember

• Applications for UPSC 2018 will be released by 7 February
• UPSC Preliminary exam will begin on 3 June 2018

The application process will commence two days after the completion of the registration process for NDA and NA Exam (I) 2018.

Next year, the first exam to happen in UPSC will be Engineering Services preliminary exam. Other exams such as UPSC IES/ ISS exam, Combined Geo-scientist and Geologist exam will also be held in the month of June.

UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2017

UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2017 is going to take place on 18 June 2017. Also, the admit cards are out for the same. Candidates are advised to download their admit cards at the earliest in order to avoid last minute confusions. This year, around 980 bureaucrats will be recommended for appointment by the UPSC.

Documents to carry with the admit card

For those whose pictures are not clear on the admit card, alternate proof such as Aadhaar card must be carried along with the admit card to the exam hall for verification, on the exam day.
