UPSC CAPF 2024 registration begins; Apply online for 506 Assistant Commandant posts, Know more
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a notification for 506 vacancies of Assistant Commandants in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply on the UPSC website, upsconline.nic.in, by May 14, 2024. Details are available on upsc.gov.in.
Eligibility Criteria for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2024
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens. Non-citizens may be considered only with written consent from the Central government.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 20 and 25 years old as of August 1, 2024, with relaxation in the upper age limit as per government norms.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
Application Fee
Candidates (excluding Female/SC/ST Candidates exempted from payment of fee) need to remit a fee of Rs 200.
Steps to Apply for UPSC CAPF AC 2024
- Visit the official website upsconline.nic.in.
- Navigate to 'OTR for examinations of UPSC and online application' and select the apply link.
- Complete Part 1 registration form, make fee payment, and upload documents.
- Choose an exam center and submit the form.
- Download the form and retain a printout for future reference.
