The Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has released the exam dates for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic). As per the official website, the entrance examination for admission to polytechnics for session 2019-20 will be held on April 28, 2019. The organising body will soon release the dates of notification for the online application.
Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE) is conducted for admission to the diploma course in the polytechnics/institution under the Joint Entrance Examination Council. This is an annual entrance exam and the selection of the candidates will be based on the written examination. The institution and branch will be provided to qualified candidates through online counselling.
The papers of UPJEE (Polytechnic) will be conducted in offline mode only. The UPJEE (Polytechnic) shall have one paper for each group having 100 objective-type questions. The duration of the test will be three hours. For each correct question, four marks will be awarded. However, one-fourth of the marks will be deducted for the wrong answers.

The Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has not yet released the notification for UPJEE 2019. There is no upper age limit for the candidates to apply for the exam. However, the educational qualification varies from one to another course.
Candidates should submit the application form through online mode only. They have to upload their scanned photograph and signature besides the thumb impression on the official website. After submitting the online application, a confirmation page with the application number will be displayed. Save the displayed details because it is required while downloading the admit card.
