UP Police Constable Admit Cards 2024 Released for August 30, Check the Steps to Download and Other Details

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has officially released the admit cards for the UP Police Constable Exam 2024. Candidates scheduled to appear for the exam on August 30 can now download their admit cards from the official UPPBPB website, uppbpb.gov.in.

Steps to Download the Admit Card:

To access the admit card, candidates need to follow the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the UPPBPB official website; uppbpb.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the link titled "Constable Recruitment Exam Admit Card 2024."
Step 3: On the 'Candidate Login' page, enter their registration number and date of birth.
Step 4: Submit the details to view the admit card.
Step 5: Download and print the admit card for future use.

Special Arrangements for Exam Day:

The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has made special bus arrangements for candidates attending the exam. Candidates can avail themselves of this service by presenting their admit card to the bus conductor. It's recommended to download and print two additional copies of the admit card-one for travelling to the exam centre and another for the return journey.

Important Exam Day Instructions:

Candidates must bring their admit card and a valid photo ID to the examination centre, as entry will be denied without these documents. This round of exams is a re-test due to the cancellation of previous exams in February following a paper leak incident.

Exam Schedule and Centres:

The examination began on August 23 and will conclude on August 31, with the final papers taking place on August 30 and 31. Approximately 48 lakh candidates are competing for 60,244 constable posts across 67 examination centres in Uttar Pradesh. The exams are conducted in two shifts: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
