Salary
Upon successfully passing each stage, candidates will be selected and appointed to their respective positions. Salaries will be provided based on predetermined criteria, ranging from 50,000 to 1.6 lakh.
Selection Process
The UP Metro Rail Vacancies selection process consists of three phases. The board will conduct a written examination to assess the eligibility of candidates for various positions within the UP Metro Rail Department. Candidates who successfully pass the written examination will proceed to the document verification and medical examination stages. Those who clear all phases of the selection process will be considered eligible for positions across various departments.

Educational Qualifications
The educational qualifications required for UPMRC recruitment vary according to the position:
- For Assistant Managers: Candidates must possess a BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines or a Master's Degree in Computer Application. For Assistant Manager (Accounts), a CA qualification is required.
- For Junior Engineers: Candidates must hold a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant fields.
- For Station Controller Cum Train Operator (SCTO): Candidates must have an Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication.
- For Account Assistant and Office Assistant HR: Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or any related stream, respectively.
- For Public Relations Assistant: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism.
- For Maintainers: Candidates should hold an ITI Certificate in the relevant trade.
