Naik has directed them to declare the results on time.

Stressing on maintaining the sanctity of the examinations and ensuring all necessary steps to check use of unfair means, the Governor has warned strict action against examination center and staff, if found abetting mass copying.

He has directed the varsities to take assistance of the district administration for flying squads to check copying and preventing mistakes in issuing admit cards. Earlier, Naik had held a meeting of vice-chancellors and registrars on January 5.
