UP Board exam: Over 68 lakh students to write exam today

The UP (Uttar Pradesh) board exams has started today. The class 10th boards will be held till March 9. The exams are being conducted in Morning shift (7:30 am to 10:45 am) and Evening shift (2 pm to 5:15 pm).

As per the reports, over 68 lakh students will be appearing for the exam. A total of 68,21,869 students, including 37,49,977 from high school and 30,71,892 from intermediate will take the exam.

''The arrangements are being organised in order to conduct the exam in a fair manner. All photocopy shops near examination centres will remain closed during examination," said Secondary Education Minister Balram Yadav.
