Union Bank Of India Recruitment 2019 For Armed Guard In SSC Grade

The Union Bank of India (UBI), a listed Public Sector Bank, has invited online applications from eligible ex-servicemen candidates for filling vacancies to the post of Armed Guard in the Subordinate Service Cadre through direct recruitment process. The application process towards the same will start from 23 January 2019 and will close on 18 February 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Armed Guard in the Subordinate Service Cadre through Union Bank of India Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on 01 January 2019, and not exceeded 25 years, with a relaxation in the upper age limit by 5 and 3 years for SC/ST and OBC candidates, and 9 years for divorced women, widows, and women separated (legally) from their husbands and who have not remarried.

Candidates are required to pay a prescribed fee of Rs 100/- towards application cum intimation charges, payment towards which must be made through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode only.

Educational Criteria

Candidates applying for the post of Armed Guard in the Subordinate Service Cadre through Union Bank of India Recruitment 2019 must have passed Class 10/SSC or equivalent but should not have qualified 10+2/HSC examination or its equivalent. He/she should have proficiency in the Official Language of the State/Union Territory in all its forms (read/write/speak) where he/she wishes to apply against the UBI Armed Guard vacancies.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Armed Guard in the Subordinate Service Cadre through Union Bank of India Recruitment 2019 will be done based on a written test (online test) for 70 marks and physical fitness test for 30 marks.

Candidates selected as Armed Guard in the Subordinate Service Cadre under UBI will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 9,560/ - Rs. 18,545/- per month.
