• For Clerk/Cashier, Junior Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a six-month computer certificate from an institute recognized by the state or central government.
• For Deputy General Manager: A Postgraduate degree in any discipline or a Graduate degree with Economics/Commerce as a subject, along with a one-year diploma in computer from an institute recognized by the state or central government. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA or Law degree.
