UGC NET June 2026 City Intimation Slip Released for Re-Exam: Check Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET June 2026 advanced city intimation slip for candidates appearing in the re-examination of three subjects. The re-exam will be conducted for English, Commerce and Sociology after issues were reported in the question papers during the original examination.

Concerns were also reported regarding incorrectly spelled names of scholars, incorrect or garbled book titles and errors in the wording of certain questions.

After reviewing the complaints, the committee concluded that the reported issues could affect the fairness and accuracy of the examination. NTA subsequently decided to conduct fresh examinations for the three affected subjects.
