The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced that the UGC NET June 2025 exam results will be declared on July 22, 2025, at the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The examination was conducted in online mode across various centres nationwide from June 25 to June 29, 2025, covering multiple subjects. Lakhs of candidates aspiring for eligibility as Assistant Professors and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) holders appeared for the exam.
Candidates were earlier provided with the provisional answer key and allowed to raise objections till July 8. Following expert review, NTA is preparing the final answer key, based on which the result will be computed. Once released, candidates can check their scorecard by logging in with their application number and date of birth.
The scorecard will reflect subject-wise marks, total score, percentile, and qualifying status. Those who qualify will be eligible either for Assistant Professor only or both Assistant Professor and JRF, depending on their performance and cut-off. The qualifying criteria require a minimum of 40% marks for General/EWS candidates and 35% for reserved categories.
Candidates should note that there is no provision for re-evaluation or rechecking of the result. The results are final and binding. After the results are declared, JRF award letters and eligibility certificates will be issued online, which candidates can use for further applications in research programs and university-level teaching jobs.
