The Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL), a PSU under the Dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India, has released a UCIL Apprentice Notification 2020 inviting applications in a prescribed format from Ex-ITI [NCVT] candidates for filling Two Forty-Four (244) vacancies to the post of Apprentice Trainees in various trades comprising Fitter, Electrician, Welder [Gas & Electric], Turner/Machinist, Instrument Mechanic, Mech. Diesel/Mech. MV, Carpenter and Plumber through direct recruitment to be posted in Jharkhand, India on a fulltime basis. The offline application process towards the same started on November 20, 2020 and closes on December 10, 2020.

Desirous candidates applying for Apprentice Trainee posts through UCIL Recruitment 2020 must have completed 18 years of age and not be more than 25 years as on November 20, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) for SC/ST and OBC (NCL) candidates as per Govt. of India guidelines as specified in the UCIL Apprentice notification 2020.

Desirous candidates applying for Apprentice Trainee posts through UCIL Recruitment 2020 must have passed Class 10/Matriculation/Std. X or equivalent & ITI in relevant trade with aggregate of 60% marks from a NVCT recognised Board/Institute as detailed in the UCIL Apprentice notification 2020.

UCIL Recruitment 2020: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Technician and Trade Apprentices posts through UCIL Recruitment 2020 will be done on merit basis i.e. on the basis of marks obtained in Matric & ITI marks as stated in the UCIL Apprentice notification 2020.

Candidates selected for Technician and Trade Apprentices posts through UCIL Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument as per the Apprenticeship norms as notified in the UCIL Apprentice notification 2020.
