TS DOST 2026: Eligibility Criteria

For Most UG Degree Courses (BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, BSW, BBM)

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 (Intermediate or equivalent) from a recognised board

• Minimum marks requirement varies by course and college - generally 45% to 50% for open category

• Students appearing in Class 12 exams in 2026 and awaiting results are also eligible to register provisionally

For Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharmacy)

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics

• Minimum 45% marks in the qualifying examination (40% for reserved categories)

The TS DOST 2026 admission process is conducted in multiple phases to ensure maximum seat utilisation across all participating colleges.

Phase 1

• Registration: April 15 to May 7, 2026
• Candidates register, upload documents, and pay the registration fee
• Certificate verification at designated Help Line Centres (HLCs)
• Web options entry - candidates choose preferred colleges and courses
• Seat allotment based on merit and options given

Phase 2

• For candidates who could not secure a seat in Phase 1, or for unfilled seats

5. Upload scanned copies of required documents (photo, signature, certificates)

6. Pay the registration fee online through the payment gateway

7. Submit the form and note your DOST Registration ID for future use

8 Visit the nearest Help Line Centre (HLC) for certificate verification with original documents

9. After verification, log in again to fill in web options (preferred colleges and courses)

10. Submit your web options before the deadline
