Log on to the TPSC official website

Click on the Online Application tab on the left-hand side of the home page.
Step 3
On the right-hand side of the screen, under login form, click the link to register as a new user.
Step 4
The application form will be displayed on the screen. Fill your particulars in the fields provided.
Step 5
Enter the captcha code.
Step 6
Click Create User.
Step 7
Once you receive your credentials, enter it to login and complete the registration process.
